My Trip To see Thomas in England

Click on each of the pictures to get a closer look. Click your back browser button to return here.  It was 97 degrees this day and 90% humidity and it was very hot but we had a great adventure. At the Watercress Line, the trains ran through 5 different towns and we could go on and off of them as much as we like without waiting in line long cause there were lots of seats. Once you clicked on a larger picture use your back browser button to see more. We stayed at the Swan Hotel because it was the closest place to stay that we could walk to the Watercress Line right around the corner.  Then we went on to Pooh's Corner and stayed at the oldest castle in England.  There they had Pooh Tours that took us to play where Christopher Robin actually spent a lot of his time.

Pooh Country is located in Hartfield, England. We got to visit where the REAL Christopher Robin grew up listening to stories his nanny told him about the Whinne the Pooh bear. In England, Pooh is a famous stuffed animal. Here in the States Pooh is 6 feet tall and walks around Disney Land. It's funny how the different perspectives are about the same character. Christopher's family still lives in England today.
