     Dealing with Autism can be very confusing. We are now currently in the process of using a diet that is very difficult to put into our every day lives.  For beginning parents on learning how to deal with a kid with Autism, I have started a page on helpful tips for starting a GFCF Diet which is other wise known as Gluten and Casein Free diet. We recently added Oatmeal to our list of okay foods to eat. A doctor discovered Oats is not part of a gluten diet and a gluten free diet is still working for us.
